Do you need students for tee-shirt security? How many? Where will you put them? Merchandise Is merch being sold? Does the artist or the University sell? Who will count, work the table, & complete the settlement sheet? Production Has Stone been notified of the event. What information does she need? How many are needed for load-in, set-up, & load-out of technical support? Ticketing Is the event general admission or ticketed? How many are needed? Have you filled out the ticket master form?
