Summary:
Establishes formal administrative structures for MSA student-run auxiliaries by placing each within an executive department for compliance with human resources requirements for paid positions.
History:
MSA Auxiliaries have been established for the entire history of MSA and have existed in various states of formality. The FY08 MSA Operating budget provides funding for salaries for each of the General Managers for the student-run auxiliaries, for the first time in MSA history. This requires clear administrative positions in order to provide direct oversight of each position.
