The Department of Student Activities (DSA) is the largest committee in the executive branch. DSA is charged with the duty of promoting campus interests through student-run programming. Throughout the course of the year, DSA brings a number of different bands, comedians, and guest speakers to Mizzou for student entertainment. Previous acts include: Dave Chappell, The Urge, Something Corporate, and Tucker Carlson, just to name a few. In addition to attracting celebrity entertainment, DSA also hosts a wide array of campus events like Fall Welcome at the beginning of the semester as well as an annual pool party, which, in the past, featured former cast members of the Real World.
